I guess if I had read today's NYTimes at breakfast I wouldn't now just be reading about the fantastic dairies profiled in today's food section. It is really great to see two of our best dairies highlighted: Evans Farmhouse Creamery (milk on the left) and Kortright Creek Creamery (based at Stone and Thistle Farm). If Wake Robin Farm's milk (pictured on the right) was more widely distributed I'm sure they would have made the list too.
In other news...Kingbird Farm, which grows organic herbs and vegetables and raises sustainable meats and poultry, is featured in the special food issue of Good Magazine. They are the example of how great food can taste when it is raised with great care.
