This is why I run

My last decadent slice of smoked trout quiche from a recipe by Deborah Madison in her Local Flavors cookbook. This is the third time I've made this quiche but I was amazed by the gorgeous yellow color in this version--courtesy of a killer creme fraiche produced by Evan's Farmhouse Creamery.
