Nice picture. I love the little lunch trucks and wish we had a few in Syracuse. My best Caribbean meal was on St. Thomas when I went searching for an obscure coffee roaster who operated out of the dive equipment shop he owned.

He was down at the end of a long dirt driveway next to a boarded up cafe but after scoring my delicious Ethiopian coffee (to take back ton the cruise ship I was on where the coffee was horrid) I came across a lunch truck akin to what you describe on Treasure Cay. Excellent oxtail, goat etc.

By the way - there's a new BBQ stand on East Fayette Street across form Peerless Press next to the beauty salon. I intend to try it today or tomorrow - looks promising.
