Hi,
Just had a look at your blog and find it very interesting. We seem to have had the same idea of combining the pleasures of good food and poetry. Unlike your blog, where you write about food, mine consists of recipes and of course poems (mainly classical poetry) at http://finefoodandpoetry.blogspot.com . Mind if I link up to your site?.
Keep up the good work!!.
Regards,
Colin

This is what I do with tomatoes I buy from the Regional Market - I dehydrate them with a dehydrator. Then to be extra safe, I stick it in the freezer. The taste of dehydrated tomatoes in November or February (if I can make it last that long) is WONDERFUL. The full flavor of the warm summer, much better than what you would get from the store. And of course, since I make it myself, there are no chemicals, additives, flavoring, preservatives...etc.
